Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and earned my Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling in May of 2020 from Tarleton State University. Previously, I attended Texas A&M University in College Station where I received my Bachelor of Arts in 2016.

During my internships and work experience, I have had the opportunity to work with a  wide variety of clients in the non-profit and public health sectors as well as in-patient environments. I have worked with adults, children, families, and groups in areas including but not limited to addiction, eating disorders, trauma, depression, bipolar disorders, fertility and women's issues, and personality disorders.

I utilize a solution-focused based approach and incorporate an eclectic variation of aspects from client-centered, Gestalt, emotion-focused, trauma-focused, and motivational interviewing to best fit your needs. As a result, I believe that each person is unique and there is not a "one size fits all" approach to counseling. My goal as your counselor is to walk alongside you as you navigate this season of your life and regain meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.

I believe that you are the expert in your life and that providing a safe, judgment-free environment is of the utmost importance to build and maintain rapport. Through the beauty of human connection, a touch of humor, and a lot of compassion, we work together to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and capable.
