As a participant in one of The Daring Way Group's, you will learn how to build courage, shame resilience and uncover the power of vulnerability. This methodology that was developed by Brené Brown is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I host multiple 8-week groups based on the Daring Way curriculum throughout the year. The groups are 8-weeks long and the next women's will start:

ABOUT BRENÉ BROWN
Dr. Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation - Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work.
She has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy and is the author of four #1 New York Times bestsellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, and Braving the Wilderness.
