Premarital Counseling Group

Our next pre-marital counseling session begins Friday, May 3, 2019 at 6pm.
This premarital counseling group will assist couples in learning to communicate in a safe, respectful, and meaningful way. Each couple will take the PREPARE/ENRICH customized couple’s assessment, and we will use this as a guide for our work together over the next eight sessions.
Premarital Group Classes are 8 weeks long. We will meet every Friday evening from 6pm-7:00pm. Additional private sessions may be requested for a separate charge.

Couples Group
This is a psycho-educational/process oriented group that will encourage couples to come together in an effort to gain support, increase awareness of relationship issues and commonalities, and learn new ways of positively communicating and interacting with their mates.

For Men

“The Power of Authentic Release” is a weekly group designed to support men as they approach day to day encounters in their personal and professional lives. While we believe, God is and should be the foundation of our lives, sometimes men need to share without the embarrassment, judgment or condemnation the can sometimes unintentionally come in a church sanctioned group. This group will be a place where men can get real and vent frustrations! They will be able to share their doubts and fears along with the wisdom gained from life experiences with their peers. Sharing in all of these ways will provide, and healthy outlet for the feelings in a safe, confidentially protected environment, while giving and receiving emotional support to other group members. The members will discuss topics ranging from managing work relationships and personal ones.
Potential Topics:
Communication with the opposite sex
Sexual frustrations in relationships
Financial Management in relationships
Career frustrations, climbing the corporate ladder, being self-employed
A different topic will be discussed each week, and the participants will have time to process these topics and receive feedback from the Life Coach that will be leading this group. Come out to visit this “NEW” group and learn how you can enjoy “The Power of Authentic Release!”
